We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy explains your options if you need to cancel a scheduled service or request a refund for a purchased program. 2. Service Categories

Our services fall into the following categories, each with specific refund terms described in subsequent sections:

  • Individual Desk Consultations: One-on-one sessions conducted on-site or virtually, including written recommendation reports.
  • Office Layout Reviews: Multi-workstation or multi-floor reviews for organizations, including written audit reports and optional team workshops.
  • Team Workshops: Group educational sessions covering ergonomic principles and interactive desk evaluations.
  • 30-Day Awareness Challenge: A structured educational program with daily micro-tasks delivered over four weeks.
  • Enterprise Retainer Programs: Ongoing consultation agreements with quarterly reviews and dedicated support.

3. Cancellation and Refund for Scheduled Consultations

3.1 Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before the Scheduled Session

If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 48 hours before the confirmed appointment time, you are entitled to a full refund of any prepaid fees, or you may reschedule to a new date at no additional charge. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of cancellation confirmation.

3.2 Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Scheduled Session

Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled session time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method, or you may apply the remaining balance as credit toward a rescheduled session within 90 days.

3.3 No-Shows

If you fail to appear for a scheduled consultation without prior notice (a "no-show"), the full service fee is forfeited and no refund will be issued. If extenuating circumstances prevented your attendance, contact us within 24 hours to discuss options. We review no-show refund requests on a case-by-case basis but are under no obligation to provide refunds for missed appointments.

3.4 Cancellations by Foresticleanex

If we cancel a scheduled session due to consultant unavailability, inclement weather, or other circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost, at your preference. We will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to offer an alternative appointment within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Refunds for Completed Services

Because our consultation services involve the delivery of professional time, expertise, and written deliverables, refunds are generally not available after a service has been fully delivered. Specifically:

  • Once an on-site or virtual consultation session has been conducted, the session fee is non-refundable.
  • Once a written recommendation report or audit document has been delivered, the report fee is non-refundable.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a delivered service, contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss your concerns. We may offer an additional follow-up session or partial credit at our discretion, but this does not constitute an obligation to provide refunds for completed work.

Our services provide general educational guidance on workplace ergonomics. They do not include medical reviews or guaranteed outcomes. Dissatisfaction based on unmet personal expectations is not grounds for refund, as our services are explicitly non-medical in scope.

5. Educational Program Refunds

5.1 30-Day Awareness Challenge

If you purchase the 30-Day Ergonomics Awareness Challenge and request a refund before accessing more than 7 days of program content, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests made after accessing 8 or more days of content are eligible for a 50% refund if submitted within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are available after 14 days from the purchase date or after completing more than 21 days of program content.

5.2 Digital Educational Materials

Standalone digital materials such as setup guides, video tutorials, and self-review forms are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless the materials are materially defective (e.g., corrupted files, missing content). In cases of material defect, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund.

6. Enterprise and Retainer Program Refunds

Enterprise retainer agreements include specific cancellation and refund terms outlined in the individual service agreement signed at the commencement of the engagement. Unless otherwise specified in the service agreement, the following general terms apply:

  • Retainer fees paid quarterly are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused months if cancellation is requested with at least 30 days written notice before the next billing period.
  • Services already rendered during the current billing period are non-refundable.
  • Setup fees and onboarding costs associated with enterprise engagements are non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary by payment provider:

  • Credit and debit card refunds: 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfer refunds: 3 to 7 business days
  • Check refunds (for corporate clients): issued within 10 business days of approval

If the original payment method is no longer available, contact us to arrange an alternative refund method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery or applicable cancellation terms. 10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive, unless the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent. Because our consultation services are scheduled and performed on specific dates, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the service has been delivered with your agreement.
